Services included in Packages

Tour Packages include:

- Pre-departure Kit
Pre-trip check list & suggestions, road map (1:150.000/200.000 scale) with route highlighted and detailed maps of Provinces and towns at a larger scale, quick reference guide (sites overview, restaurant suggestions ect..) and tourist documentation. (Delivered by mail before tour starting date).

- Laminated Cue Sheet Rental
Laminated route instructions that fit into the map-holder of your handlebar bag; includes detailed, easy-to-follow directions (delivered on your arrival).

- On-tour Help Desk Support
We are only a phone call away! Call us whenever you need help. You could want an Italian speaking contact for your emergency phone calls or specific information that you have not found already in the Randotrek quick reference guide. Office hours : 9,00 - 16,00 every day.

 - Bicycle Rental & Delivery Service
All packages include bicycle rental and delivery/retrieval service.
Randotrek provides you with a high quality bike equipped with: lock, water bottle, helmet, small pump, repair kit, spare tube, cycle computer, lights, SPD pedals (if requested) and handlebar bag with map carrier.

Carrying your own gear
If you plan to carry your own gear on tour (Package A) we will provide you with a tour rack, a set of rear panniers, besides luggage storage service while on tour is included.

- Hotel Arrangements
Randotrek offers a wide range of options for your overnight accommodations. You choose the class of hotels you prefer -- from 2/3 star to luxury 4 star hotels. After booking your package, we will check availability of accommodations within the class you have selected. Randotrek secures your hotel reservations by credit card as a guarantee (no deposit needed).
Please note that the cost of your hotel accommodations is not included in the price of Randotrek Tour Packages. Instead, you will pay for your hotel accommodations only upon check-out.

- Baggage Transport Service (Pack B)
Don't want to carry your baggage on the bike? Use our courier service for safe baggage transport from/to the hotels while on tour. We pick up your luggage after 11.00 and deliver it at the next lodging before 15:00.

Special services available on request (extra charge):

- Roadside Assistance
For use by travelers seeking the peace of mind knowing they are a phone call away from help, especially should they experience bike mechanical breakdowns, need to skip a bike day, or otherwise encounter a situation in which assistance is required. Note: since our tours are self-guided, this service is not to be confused with van support that instead means a permanent presence of a vehicle while bikers are on the road.

- Transfer Service on Arrival.
Individual transfers from the Airport on arrival.
You will be transferred from Rome’s Airports of Fiumicino or Ciampino to first lodging of tour.
Cost depends on destination and number of people.
