How to book bikes and transport service

Once we reply at your inquiry form and confirm
we can accept your request, to secure your bikes,
you must print and fill out our Booking Form and send
it by fax or e-mail. Unsigned forms will not be
accepted. Before sending booking form please read bike rental Terms & Conditions.



Payments

If you send the above form, no deposit needed and you will pay directly by cash on meeting day.
Instead, if you prefer paying with your credit card directly online, you do not need to send form, but total payment
will be due on booking (a commission of 1,8% will apply). Read cancellation policy here before booking.
