Delivery and Retrieval service is provided at any town, villa or train station within Northern Lazio,
Southern Tuscany and Southern Umbria:

Our main bike storage is located at Orvieto (TR) right in the middle of 3 Regions: Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria.
Deliveries are made upon resevation between 9:00 - 19:00. Customers are liable for bicycles
and have to pick-up and drop-off bikes personally, no third party accepted such as hotel personnel or else.

Service can be provided within geographical limits that are: all towns in Siena Province and in Viterbo Province,
Citta' della Pieve, Castiglione del Lago, Todi, Terni, Pitigliano, Civitavecchia.

Cost of service:

Deliveries made in Orvieto town and surrounding as well as Rail Station and Orvieto Scalo are free
of charge.

For the rest of locations a fee will apply as following:

Transport 1-8 bikes  ............   0,50  Euro / Km

Cost calculated on actual km from our bike storage location (Orvieto) to your requested destination and return.

For Example:
Orvieto to Todi: 40 km x 0,50 x 2 = 40 Euro
Total = delivery+retrieval = 40 + 40 = 80 Euro (1-8 bikes)

You can also request retrieval in a different location from delivery. In this case, cost will be calculated considering separately distance of the 2 locations.

FREE luggage storage & transport:
At delivery you can drop-off your excess baggage with us,
and we will store it while you are on tour. You will then
receive your luggage on bike retrieval day.

Travellers planning a "One Way Bicycle Tour"
in Italy where the start or end location is too distant for our regular delivery service, you
can book our Nationwide Shipping Service.


Cost for shipping bikes:

- 1-3 bikes fixed price between 50/60 Euro per bike per trip in any location in Italy.
- For more bikes it will be cheaper and it depends strongly on total amount shipped.

Terms of service:

- Mostly KTM Touring bikes and MTB SCOTT can be shipped,
race bikes can be shipped but not available for
travellers cycling with panniers.

- FREE luggage storage is possible also in this case, drop-off suitcases at delivery of bikes and we will ship bags at last location of your tour (courier fee). We are very flexible on the matter, after 10 years in business, we are sure we can support any particular request regarding logistics and transport.
