Thank you from the New Zeland Girls!!!

Hello Ruth
Sorry this is so late, but we wanted to thank you for all your help and the wonderful time we had cycling around your area in October. We just loved it, and found the routes challenging but so rewarding. Thanks for organizing such a great trip for us.Kind regards. Hi Ruth
Just want to thank you again for all of your help with our bike trip in Gradoli and to get the names of our hosts that we stayed with. Also. thanks for sending us to the Lazzaretti Bike Shop in Rome, we found just what we needed! I'm sending you a picture of the Discovery team which trains here where we live in the Santa Ynez Valley.(also the CSC, T/Mobil and to domestic teams train here as well). Have a great day and we will contact you next time we need bikes in Italy! Take care.

Ruth and Gianni,
Vanessa and I wanted to write and to thank you for all of the help that you gave us with our trip in June. We greatly enjoyed the tour, and are looking forward to doing it again another summer. We couldn't have asked for a better touring support...you were great.

Hi Ruth,
We are back in South Africa and we just wanted to say a BIG thank you to both of you for looking after us so well. We really loved the cycling and appreciated the lift to the train station. I still am so surprised that we made the train in time. If we had missed it we would have missed our flight back home!!! So well done and thanks again. We will most definately refer your company to all who will listen.

Dear Ruth and Johnny,
A quick note to let you know we are home again and still living in the memories of our wonderful trip! Thank you so much for your part! I was telling (re-telling) the rain part of the bicycle tour last night and laughing so hard I almost cried.  I knew it would make a good story, even at the time, but I didn't think I'd be laughing about it. You two were wonderful.  Looking back on the entire Italian experience I think that our time in Bracciano was the highlight of the trip for me.  Including the fresh pasta and porcinis!!
I will be happy to  bask in the golden glow of the aspen trees. Thank you for my new found skill of bicycling. Hopefully I will be better prepared next time although Tristan was very impressed that I didn't whine. We all hope to see you both again someday! Fondly,
C.Kanipe and family - Aspen, Colorado USA - Short Escape Bracciano / Sept 2005

Ruth,
I hope this finds you well!!! I just returned from all my travels >>>>>that started with you!!!
Thank you for all your support.
We had such a fantastic time in Italy!!!! I sincerely hope we can work together in some capacity together in the future!!!. M. Tye - Aspen, Colorado, USA
Self-guided Tour 2 / May 2005

After months of debating about whether or not to take our road bikes to Italy for a three week vacation, Ruth Bencini's response to my email was the answer to our dilemma. Ruth was flexible about meeting us in Orvieto which is more than 1 hour from her homebase near Rome. The 4 road bikes that we rented were perfectly matched to our specifications;
she supplied us with a brand new bike carrier; the bikes were delivered on time and retrieved not a moment before the contract stipulated. Ruth and her husband Gianni were gracious, helpful and wonderful to do business with.--D. Kleinwaks - CA, USA

I was looking for a hi-performance bike to do 100+ km a day, and Randotrek delivered--not only a good road machine but they brought the bike to us on remote farm off the beaten path. Cycling in the Orvieto area is great (so is the umbricelli.).--J. Kleinwaks - CA, USA

Hi, Ruth,
I can’t say enough about what a positive experience our bike rental was! From the business angle of payment, forms, etc., to the equipment and personal attention. A big thank you.---M. and J. Baskin

Randotrek bikes in Puglia...

Hi Ruth,
Thanks for the help on a really great tour! Attached are two pics from my trip...the first a funny one (on the first day just about 10 km from the start and after the first big hill...very tempted to stop) and the second my favorite picture. I really enjoyed that trip and am now thinking about next year. ---

Dear Ruth,
we arrived safely in SA again! Just wanted to thank you again for a wonderful time - we will always remember the cycling trip and your kindness, helpfullness and the excellent bikes and route plans! We enjoyed Siena and Florence! We also rented bikes to cycle to San Gimignano (?) was beautiful but we missed the Randotrek bikes! All the best and wish you and your husband a very good time and lots of strength for the remaining of the cycling season! M. Van Der Merwe - Johannesburg, South Africa

Dear Ruth and Gianni,
Just to let you know we enjoyed the balance of our European holiday after leaving the Bracciano area and spent 5 days soaking up the sun on Santorini Island. We still think it is very hard to beat an African sunset though!! You will have to visit Africa one day if you have not already done so.
We have told many friends and family about the wonderful service you provided us with and expecially your ability to make everything seem so effortless. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for you even though you were at the end of a very busy season.
We wish you every continued success with Randotrek and we will certainly continue to recommend you.

Hi Ruth,
Sorry we didn't get to say goodbye. I just wanted to say that we had a great time and were very pleased with the quality of your equipment, route maps, and your customer service. Well done! You are fortunate to live in a very beautiful part of the world!
S. Dobbs - Nigeria Mid-Africa SBU, Lagos - Short Escape Bracciano, 2005

Dear Ruth & Gianni:
Just a note to thank you from the bottom of our hearts! The personal service provided by both of you went beyond our expectations. Your encouragement and support in light of lost luggage salvaged the trip. The rides to the lakes were particularly stunning as well as the country houses in the smaller towns. The bicycles were superb and your directions sufficiently detailed. Our only regret is not having more days, but that will be for another time. We wish you well with your future business and hope to see you again.

End of their tour in Florence....

Ruth,
I wanted to tell you thanks again for the great experience I had biking through Italy. It was so wonderful, and you made it all possible by making all the details easy for me. And please tell your husband that he is a great mechanic, and I've never had a bike work so well on a long trip.
I have some wonderful pictures from the trip. I will have them posted on the internet soon, and I will let you use any that you like for promoting your company. I will tell you when the pictures are posted. Again, thanks for everything. Chao.
