Application & Membership
Tour participants must be current Randotrek
members and each participant must fill out a Tour
Application.
Those who are not members will need to complete the Membership
Section as a part of the application sign up process.
Note: Tour Applications cannot be accepted over the phone.
Health Certificate
Within meeting day we must receive a health
certificate attesting that your state of health is adequate
to participate to our Apennine Cycling Tour. In Italy when Clubs
organize sport events, also if just for leisure or training,
they have to request this to all members by law.
Age
A parent
or guardian must sign for and accompany participants under
the age of 18 years old.
Deposit & Balance Due
Once we receive your form we
will email a secure link to
pay deposit of 500 Euro (payable
at booking). Because of
the popularity of our tour, it is important
that you send the application form as early as possible. Complete
one form for each individual, please. Balance is due within 30
days before tour start date.
Comfirmation Info
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send a confirmation packet
containing a Tour Confirmation Invoice,
and a
“Before You Go” booklet to help you prepare
for the tour.
Thirty days before
the tour, we will send you the final
details of your trip.
Maps
are distributed at registration
on the first day of your tour.

Cancellation Policy
Please read this carefully!!
In order to maintain reasonable trip prices, we cannot make
exceptions to our cancellation policy. Should you need to
cancel your trip for any reason, you must notify Randotrek
in writing immediately.
The following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation more than 30 days before a trip:
Loss of full deposit
Cancellation 30 to 0 days before a trip:
Loss of full trip cost
PLEASE NOTE: All deposits are non-refundable.
There is no refund for arriving late on a tour. Should
you choose to leave a tour at any time after the trip start
time, regardless of the reason, you will not receive a refund.
Once a trip has started, there is no refund of food, services,
or overnights that you have paid for but do not use. Randotrek
reserves the right to cancel tour. If this results
in a revised
departure date unacceptable to you, all payments will be
refunded. Your membership fee is non-refundable unless your
tour is canceled by Randotrek.
NOTE!
Avoid purchasing non-refundable travel tickets before confirming
through Randotrek that your tour is a definite
go 30 days
prior to the departure date.
Travel Insurance
Our sincere wish is for every trip participant to attend
and complete the tour. In an effort to plan for unexpected
personal emergencies, health issues, weather, and transportation
problems that might cause you to cancel or shorten your trip,
travel insurance is strongly advised. Randotrek cannot make
exceptions to its cancellation policy. Travel insurance may
cover these losses. Becoming Randotrek member you will have only
a basic injury and third liability coverage
